BEXIL CORPORATION ANNOUNCES CONFERENCE CALL
NEW YORK -- Bexil Corporation (AMEX: BXL) today announced
that immediately following the annual meeting of stockholders a conference call
to discuss the recent results of the Company and other matters will take place
on November 10, 2005 at 11:10 a.m., Eastern Time. Company executives will make a presentation
and respond to questions. Mr. Thomas C. MacArthur, president of York Insurance Services Group, Inc. ("York"), Bexil's
50% owned affiliate, also will be present to answer questions.
