CHARLES A. CARROLL - Retired in 2005 as Managing Director of Kalin Associates, Inc., a member firm of the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE"). Prior to 1990, Mr. Carroll served as a member of the NYSE representing Boettcher & Company.
EDWARD G. WEBB, JR. - He is Equity Portfolio Manager of Advanced Asset Management Advisers, Inc.
From 1996 to 2002, he was President of Webb Associates, Ltd. From 1990 to 1996,
he served as Managing Director for SEB/Trygg-Hansa. Prior to 1990, he had served as a Senior Vice President
to a predecessor of the Company.
