Previously, Mr. O'Malley served as Assistant Controller of Reich & Tang
Asset Management, LLC, Reich & Tang Services, Inc., and Reich & Tang
Distributors, Inc. He is a certified public accountant.
JOHN F. RAMIREZ - Vice President, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer.
